We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patio Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by sanitizing surfaces regularly.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, following proper food safety guidelines.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive timely service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$21.08 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
