Kruger Products - Trenton is growing again and seeking energetic, highly skilled Electricians who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy learning and working with new technology to join our expanding Maintenance Team in a Full Time role.
What you will do:
- Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and equipment.
- Program, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of PLC’s
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, electrical code specifications and schematics in order to effectively troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment.
- Troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical control systems, working with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical devices
- Perform preventative maintenance through inspection of electrical systems, equipment and components.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Work on other electrical projects as required.
- Ensure all work performed adheres to all relevant organizational, provincial and federal safety regulations, codes and specifications.
- Develops and maintains effective relations with all company employees at various organizational levels
Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

A Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (309A or 442A)

An Electrical Technician - Automation Diploma
-
Experience with PLC’s, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-
Robotics experience would be an asset

A mechanical aptitude
-
An ability to work in a shift environment

A Strong motivation with the ability to work independently or as a team member

Compensation:
$46.12 per hour plus a competitive benefit package, pension plan and annual incentive program
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Electrician (442A)
- An Electrical Technician - Automation Diploma
- Experience with PLC’s, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- An ability to work in a shift environment
- A Strong motivation with the ability to work independently or as a team member
