Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. The Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Train new sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management on strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues
Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to analyze budgets, market trends, and pricing strategies
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide the sales team towards success
- Proficiency in math for cash handling, cashiering, and using POS systems
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
