📍 Location: Downtown Toronto (5 Days/Week Onsite)
📅 Type: Contract (6 months, strong potential for extension)

Our client, a globally recognized and industry-leading organization , is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team for an initial 6-month onsite contract . This role supports a high-impact program in the Corporate Real Estate Technology domain, focusing on system transitions and analytics.
🔍 About the Role
As the Data Analyst , you will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of complex data . Your insights will directly support operational decisions and process optimizations related to third-party software integration, facilities operations, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze high-volume data sets across systems and platforms to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
- Work closely with Project Managers, QA Engineers, and BAs to understand data needs during system transitions.
- Support the integration of SaaS platforms by validating data flows between internal systems and external providers.
- Cleanse, map, and reconcile data from legacy systems to ensure integrity during system implementation.
- Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Comfortable working with large, complex data sets across different platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SaaS integrations and Corporate Real Estate data is an asset (not required).
- Must be available to work onsite 5 days/week in downtown Toronto (non-negotiable).
