We’re looking for a service-minded ERP Support Specialist to join our Insight team and be a vital link between our ERP systems and the people who use them every day.
What You’ll Do As an ERP Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with operations, production, purchasing, inventory, sales, and finance teams to understand their processes and support the effective use of our ERP system. You’ll be a go-to expert for troubleshooting, training, process improvements, and data integrity, helping departments work smarter and more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments such as production, inventory, purchasing, sales, and finance to understand daily operations and system needs.
- Provide day-to-day ERP system support, including troubleshooting issues, answering user questions, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist with setting up new users, updating system data, and monitoring process flows to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Deliver one-on-one and group training to employees, supporting both onboarding and ongoing learning.
- Create clear, easy-to-follow training guides, reference documents, and help materials.
- Participate in ERP and technology-related projects, including gathering user feedback, testing new features, and supporting rollouts.
- Support change management by helping teams adopt new tools and processes confidently.
- Help develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide valuable operational and strategic insights.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure business systems meet evolving needs.
- Stay informed about system updates, best practices, and trends in ERP and business process improvement.
What You Bring
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and teach business systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with a high standard of English (both written and verbal).
- A helpful, patient, and approachable personality.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or lean systems (an asset).
- Experience using ERP systems or business software (an asset).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
