About the role
As the Registration Administrator, you will be working independently to provide administrative support to the department and review, assess, and action complex documentation while corresponding with members relating to the registration process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Evaluate and process applications and work with stakeholders to coordinate assessments as part of the registration process.

Coordinate and compile information from applicants and internal/external stakeholders to appropriately assess the application.
-
Respond to members inquires regarding eligibility, applications, assessments, sponsorship, and general inquiries regarding the registration process.

Manage and audit internal records to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
-
Coordinate and participate in educational events within the department and CPSA.
-
Assist with registration appointments including the Assistant Registrar(s) as required.
-
Maintain records and workflows to ensure critical deadlines are met and validity of documentation.
-
Escalation of files needing further review and or clarity, outlining the issue and recommended solutions.
-
Ensure appropriate reporting, records management and process are followed, while searching for continuous quality improvement opportunities.
-
Initiate and execute projects in collaboration with management as required.

Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
-
Certificate program in administration or equivalent.
Experience:
-
3-5 years of administrative experience.
Skills:
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Microsoft Office 365.
- Commissioner of Oaths is an asset.
SALARY
The annual salary for this position is $68,826 and includes a comprehensive benefit package and pension plan.
During the 90-day probationary period, the successful candidate will be required to work from CPSA's downtown Edmonton Office. At the conclusion of a successful probationary period, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered.
