This role is in a high-growth, high-profit portfolio company of big thinkers and big doers. It is a CPG/beverage/dietary supplement company with a history of strong, profitable growth as the number one product and brand in its emerging category. Through its expanding sales and distribution network, the team is positioned to scale existing and new products globally, driving exponential revenue growth. With the leadership team in place, the opportunity is now to execute a scalable retail expansion strategy, optimize sales execution, and maximize category leadership on the path to a lucrative exit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Data Analyst to help manage and optimize data systems, supporting data-driven decision-making and process automation across our portfolio companies. This role will focus on ensuring accurate data collection, integration, and analysis while supporting the IT and data needs of the business.
As a System Data Analyst, you will assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, running data integrity checks, and supporting the team in generating reports and insights. You’ll collaborate with IT professionals to manage the data infrastructure, ensure smooth data flow between various business systems, and help implement automated solutions that improve operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring smooth data flow and integration between business systems (CRM, ERP, sales platforms, etc.).
- Help manage the organization’s data infrastructure, assisting with database maintenance, backup, and troubleshooting data issues.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support various business teams (finance, operations, marketing) with key insights and performance metrics.
- Support IT in implementing data integration projects, ensuring data from multiple sources is accurately brought together for analysis.
- Assist in automating routine data-related tasks and processes, helping to improve business workflows and productivity.
- Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies, working with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Document data processes, systems, and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency across departments.
- Help ensure data security and compliance with industry standards, working with IT to maintain privacy and protection protocols.
- Assist in developing and implementing business intelligence tools to support better decision-making across the company.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years of experience in data management, IT, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data systems (databases, cloud services, CRM tools, etc.) and data integration techniques.
- Experience with data tools and basic programming (SQL, Javascript, PowerBI) to generate reports and insights.
- Basic understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and optimize systems.
- Ability to communicate complex data issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Interest in pursuing further education and certifications in data, IT, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
