Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, the Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading the Canadian sales strategy and growing and managing the Canteen Canada portfolio nationally. The Vice President is responsible for directing sales activities of the Sales Directors and will play a key role in leveraging resources to ensure continued success.

- Strong sales management and sales-related function skills including commitment to Compass Sales Process.
- Develops, implements and evaluates national sales strategies and objectives in conjunction with SVP and Regional VP’s.
- Drive new business revenue aggressively while ensuring strong profitability.
- Establishes high levels of accountability and performance management underpinned by a winning and collaborative culture.
- Identify necessary support resources to successfully support team in closing new business.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively across the organization both horizontally and vertically.
- Assist operations team in transitioning business and in client retention of new business.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in new business development team management, preferably 5-7 years.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets over time and selling at the C-level.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM database management system.
- Ability to represent the organization at a variety of industry and non-industry events with trust and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, high energy level, strong executive presence and the ability to progress further in the organization.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada.
