About the role
Sweetie Pie at 525 University Ave is looking for a morning baker / front of the house customer service staff. The successful candidate will have a baking back ground and café experience. This shift is 630AM to 1230PM Mon to Fri. This is an excellent position for a Bakery pastry arts student or part time baker who is customer service focused and can serve coffee and customers during the busy mornings. There are also opportunities for more hours if the successful candidate is great with front of house.
Responsibilities include:

Prepare and baking pies, cookies, tarts, and store set up in the mornings.

Follow recipes and ensure that all baked goods are made to the highest quality standards

Perform front of house duties including coffee making, cash and sales of bakery products.

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies.
You must have a valid up to date SAFE FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATE.

Pay: $19.00-$19.50 per hour
