We are looking for a Product Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
In this role, you’ll bring together your expertise in business, marketing, and financial analysis to define market opportunities, guide product development, and drive process, pricing, and policy improvements. Ideally, the right candidate will thrive in strategy, innovation, and execution, while having a strong grasp of market research, product positioning, and competitive analysis. Reporting to the Manager, Product Strategy, other highlights include:
- Leads and manages the full product lifecycle, from evaluating new service opportunities and building business cases to launching products and ensuring ongoing operational success, including pricing, service levels, and marketing materials.
- Develops and implements comprehensive product strategies, including product planning, positioning, pricing, promotion, and distribution to drive usage, revenue growth, and long-term profitability.
- Serves as the business lead for the assigned product portfolio by maintaining deep knowledge of product functionality, underlying processes and technology, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Identifies and evaluates new product and service opportunities by analyzing internal and external data, gathering market intelligence, understanding customer needs, and preparing strategic documents such as business cases and product strategies.
- Manages the financial performance of assigned products including forecasting revenue, understanding cost structures, and adjusting business models to optimize margins and deliver ROI.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration by working with internal teams (e.g. Legal, Finance, Operations, Communications) and external stakeholders (e.g. government ministries, customer groups) to ensure successful product delivery and change management
- Ensures product services meet critical service standards and contractual obligations – including timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Other duties as required.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, plus 4–6 years of related experience in product strategy, marketing, or business development—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of product management practices, trends, and emerging methods, with the ability to apply them to solve problems and recommend improvements.
Key Strengths:
- Ability to identify and validate market problems and opportunities, and implement strategic changes related to process, pricing, or policy.
- Strong understanding of the product's competitive landscape, including best practices, jurisdictional comparisons, pricing models, and market trends.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis to assess product viability and inform sound strategic decisions.
- Ability to lead marketing strategy through a deep understanding of customer behavior, marketing mix, and research techniques.
- Proven experience navigating corporate processes such as opportunity assessments, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
- Ability to make informed decisions related to process or policy changes that impact internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth transitions and business continuity.
