About the role
Tasks
- Prepare the surfaces before varnishing.
- Adjust and calibrate the varnishing equipment.
- Apply layers of varnish.
- Follow safety procedures and handle chemicals safely.
- Participate in the maintenance and cleaning of varnishing equipment.
- Package or transport varnished parts to the next stage of the manufacturing process.
- Place the parts in the rack.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in varnishing, industrial painting, or surface treatment (strong asset).
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to chemical products.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Due to the company’s location and limited public transportation schedules, having your own means of transportation may be helpful.
- Wearing a respirator mask is mandatory during varnishing tasks. To ensure its effectiveness, a clean-shaven face (free of facial hair that could affect the seal) is required. The mask is provided by the company.
