Job Summary

Warehouse Customer Service is responsible for liaising between our customer and our warehouse staff, utilizing communications, maintaining a high standard of professional business conduct and managing our customers' Warehouse Management Systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep open line of communication with our customers

  • Work with our team to process customer's requests

  • Work with carriers to ensure deliveries or pick ups are scheduled as required

  • Inventory control.

  • Provide highest level of customer service

  • Update shipping reports

  • Record keeping for temporary workers hours

  • Maintain data necessary for monthly invoicing and KPI’s

  • A/P entries for any related expense for each customer, prepares Invoice Worksheets for some warehouse customers and input the final charges for the actual Invoice at the end of the month. Process Credit Notes if needed. Emails the Invoice & any related paper work to each customer

  • Order necessary warehouse & shipping supplies for DC & EC operations

  • Order office supplies when needed

  • Coordinates with NECA ISD for any related WMS requests for new warehouse customers

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, objectives and business ethics Various other tasks as may be required

Qualifications/Competencies

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in warehouse customer service or in a similar role

  • Some accounting knowledge

  • Computer knowledge - MS Outlook, Warehouse Management Systems

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Educations/Certifications

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • WHMIS Training
