Role Description

PMC Technologies Inc. is seeking a full-time Applications Engineer for our Burlington, ON location with flexibility for some remote work. The Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and contributing to new business initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting client needs assessments, delivering technical presentations, preparing quotes, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with internal product specialists to deliver technical expertise to our clients and sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electric motors and drive systems industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and understand complex technical concepts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach to sales
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, as required
