Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst for a 3 month contract
Start date: ASAP
End date: October 31, 2025 (with possibility of extension)
Location & work model: Montreal - Hybrid (3 times per week at client site)
Project Background
- Seeking a contractor to join our client’s dynamic Banking Technology team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering actionable intelligence to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across banking platforms. They need a more business-oriented and less technical resource, but with a strong financial/grantmaking background.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory that the successful candidate knows Salesforce Non-profit Cloud - Designed for non-profit organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role specifically in the financial services industry.
- 2 + years of experience in Consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and project management software.
- Salesforce development and deployment in the financial industry.
- Experience with development or business analysis for the following Salesforce clouds:
- Non-profit Cloud - Designed for non-profit organizations.
- Sales Cloud - Sales management and business process automation.
- Service Cloud - Customer support and post-sales interaction management.
- Experience Cloud - Creation of portals and communities for customers and partners.
- Financial Services Cloud - Deliver tailored CRM solutions that enhance client engagement, streamline compliance and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Agile and collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications and business cases.
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
