Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining a variety of data related to aerospace projects, engineering systems, and client databases. Your work will directly support our operations, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Data Entry: Accurately input and update various types of data into company databases, spreadsheets, and specialized software platforms.
Data Management: Organize and maintain data to ensure it is easily accessible, complete, and up-to-date.
Quality Control: Perform regular checks for data integrity, correcting discrepancies or errors in databases, and ensuring high-quality, reliable information.
Reporting: Prepare data reports as needed for team leads, engineers, or senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, and research) to ensure data is captured and organized according to their needs.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and proprietary information related to aerospace systems with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements for more efficient data management processes.
Qualifications: Experience: 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and familiarity with data management software (experience with aerospace or engineering systems a plus).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using a variety of software tools, databases, and systems for data entry and management.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Knowledge of Aerospace (preferred but not required): A basic understanding of aerospace terms and technology is an advantage but not a requirement.
