Exciting opportunity for a Family Practice physician to join an attractive, well run two Physician clinic on Salt Spring Island. Four Physicians participate in the call group. Flexible schedule available, usually work in office an average of 4 days per week 9-4. On Call Emergency 4 days per month (2 day shifts and 2 evening shifts). Physicians provide acute care coverage at Lady Minto Community Hospital Salt Spring Island, as well as coverage of hospital extended care unit and local extended care facility. Diverse patient population. Excellent specialist support. No obstetrics unless desired.
Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change):
- Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
- Relocation: up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
- Flat fee: $12,366.72
- Fee Premium: 7.98%
- CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community.
