Job Description
The Associate Director, US Taxation will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and reporting for the US operations of the organization. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns.
- Oversee tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide guidance on tax planning strategies and compliance issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience with international tax issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
