Children’s Corner Daycare is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our caring and collaborative team this summer.

This is a part-time, temporary position with the opportunity to work at both of our locations — one serving infants to 5-year-olds, and the other operating a school-age program.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the planning and implementation of fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children in your care
• Assist with daily routines and transitions in both programs
• Communicate positively with children, families, and co-workers
• Uphold all licensing and health/safety requirements
• Cover lunch breaks

What We’re Looking For:

• Early Childhood Educator (or equivalent experience considered)
• CPR C and First Aid Certification
• Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Child abuse check
• Flexibility to work at both locations as needed
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for working with children

Position runs July 1 – August 31, 2025 with a possibility of extension based on review of employment and available openings

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $15.70-$29.64 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
