We are looking for passionate Restaurant Managers to grow our leadership team. As a Restaurant Manager, you're committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn how to operate multimillion-dollar restaurants. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to teamwork and a desire to learn and grow. If desirable, the successful candidates can move upwards in our company towards a career position as a General Manager, Regional Director or more.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Exemplify exceptional leadership skills. Using our core values, you take a stand for yourself, your career, and the way you lead.
- Consistently coach others. Support employees with potential issues and resolutions in order to ensure the highest profitability and smoothest operation. Train employees on delivery of irresistible food and drink, while engaging in authentic conversation.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
What we need from you:

- A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- You are already in Canada and you already have the legal right and/or documentation to work in Canada

- Salary compensation package of between $52,000 and $55,000 plus benefits for Full-time, or an Hourly range between $20-$26.00 (including gratuities)
