The successful candidate will be working directly with our sales team in Ontario and help build relationships with existing clients and meet new clients.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Developing and building relationships with customers.

• Participate in meetings with decision makers to talk about services, solutions, and build rapport.

• Build ongoing and lasting relationships with the clients.

• Coordinate with our inhouse designers to create project solutions.

• Regularly follow up with clients.

• Work collaboratively with customer service and design teams

• Participate in sales events/shows.

• Travel throughout Ontario region.

• Other duties as required.

The right person will have the following assets:

• Punctual, focused on organization and detail.

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

• Excels in customer relationship and be able to work well in a team oriented environment.

• Loves to ensure everything is done correctly and on time every time.

• Ready and willing to go the extra mile on projects when needed.

• Loves to travel to customers’ offices and meet with them in person.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma

• 5+ years in a sales and account management role

• Class Five driver's license

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Superb computer skills - able to effectively use MS Office and other collaboration software

• Able to build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and team members

• Experience with Educational Furniture Purchasing/Quoting is an asset

• Design background or understanding is considered an asset
