Are you creative, social-savvy, and passionate about making engaging digital content? Aura Orthodontics is looking for a Content & Social Media Assistant to help capture and share our story online. This is a part-time, on-site role ideal for someone who loves filming, editing, and creating content that connects with a community.

Aura Orthodontics is one of BC’s leading Invisalign providers, with three modern clinics across Surrey and Langley. We blend high-quality orthodontic care with a personalized, people-first approach, creating confident smiles in a fun, welcoming environment.

As a Content & Social Media Assistant, you’ll work with our Marketing & PR Manager to produce short-form videos, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and highlight the vibrant culture at Aura Orthodontics. We’re one of BC’s top Invisalign providers, with three modern clinics in Surrey and Langley - and we’re looking for someone who can showcase that energy across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Our brand is built on connection - with our patients, our team, and our community. From school sponsorships to patient appreciation events and online campaigns, our marketing reflects the energy and heart behind what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation

• Capture engaging short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, and Stories
• Edit video clips using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
• Assist with planning and executing creative content ideas
• Highlight patient experiences, team culture, and day-to-day clinic life

Social Media Support

• Help manage a content calendar with scheduled posts
• Write fun, on-brand captions for social posts
• Monitor comments, DMs, and assist with community engagement

Visual Branding

• Maintain brand consistency across all content
• Support minor graphic design needs using Canva (e.g., story templates, event promos)
• Organize and maintain our digital content library

Events & Campaigns

• Capture photos and videos at team and patient events
• Support with promotions, event content, and live social coverage
• Assist with internal campaign brainstorming and execution

Who You Are

• Experienced with filming and editing short-form social content
• Confident using apps like Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, InShot
• Organized, independent, and reliable with managing tasks
• Outgoing and comfortable filming in a professional, people-focused environment
• Able to travel weekly between our clinics in Guildford, Scottsdale (Surrey), and Langley
• Bonus: Interest in marketing, healthcare, or visual storytelling
