Wealth Management, a division of our Firm, offers professional and comprehensive financial and estate planning services to our clients.

The Client Services Representative role supporting the Wealth Management division will be directly involved in servicing our clients and should demonstrate our community and client service values. This position works 37.5 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide customer service; responding to client and staff calls and inquiries;
  • Prepare and coordinate the flow of correspondence to and from internal staff, the accounting firm, external contacts and clients;
  • Complete client applications and other new account activities and transactions;
  • Regular and timely downloading/uploading of data and reports and forwarding information to appropriate end-users;
  • Generate standard reports and summaries; as well as ad hoc reports upon request;
  • Work with the accounting team to prepare documentation for estate settlements;
  • Assist with corporate tax reporting.

What You’ll Need:

  • Post-secondary college diploma preferably in business, office administration, accounting, or finance or equivalent experience;
  • Exceptional customer service, multitasking and organizational skills;
  • A positive, professional and courteous attitude;
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Initiative and independent problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Strong technical abilities to learn new computer software and systems.
