Pay Range: $19.02–$20.96/hour
Based on experience. Online training also paid.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
- Offering companionship and engaging clients in meaningful ways
- Assisting with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands
- Providing transportation to appointments (if required)
- Using our digital Care App (WellSky) to document each visit
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home support experience (senior care preferred)
- Reliable and comfortable working a flexible, changing schedule
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred
- Clear communication, empathy, and dependability
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- CPR/First Aid and Food Safe certifications are assets, but not mandatory
Eligibility Requirements
- Must live in or near Langley, BC
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit)
- Must be available for 2-hour shifts and comfortable working a variety of times and days
