THE PORTFOLIO COMPANY

This key role is in a high-growth, high-profit portfolio company of big thinkers and big doers. It is a CPG/beverage/dietary supplement company with a history of strong, profitable growth as the number one product and brand in its emerging category. Through its expanding sales and distribution network, the team is positioned to scale existing and new products globally, driving exponential revenue growth. With the leadership team in place, the opportunity is now to execute a scalable retail expansion strategy, optimize sales execution, and maximize category leadership on the path to a lucrative exit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our growth strategy. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining sales processes, managing tools, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance team performance and drive revenue growth.

You’ll focus on executing and refining sales operations initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams, and contributing to our company’s ability to scale in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will take ownership of our CRM systems and sales data infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, strong process compliance, and clean pipeline reporting.

In addition to managing tools and workflows, you’ll use Power BI and other analytics platforms to build dashboards and reports that bring visibility to key sales metrics, inventory dynamics, and DSD performance. Your work will support weekly and monthly reporting cadences that enable strategic decision-making and drive accountability at every level.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Operational Expert: With 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, particularly in the CPG industry, you have a track record of creating and managing efficient processes that enhance team productivity and revenue outcomes.
  • Analytical & Insightful: You excel in analyzing data to identify trends, translating insights into actionable strategies, and optimizing processes to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You work well with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and marketing, to implement solutions that align with business needs and drive efficiency.
  • Problem Solver: You thrive on identifying operational challenges and developing practical solutions to improve systems and outcomes.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems & Tools Optimization

  • Support the implementation and management of sales systems and tools to enhance team productivity and scalability.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to maintain and improve CRM and related platforms.
  • Train teams on effective use of sales tools and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Use Power BI and Excel to build dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales performance, funnel progression, inventory levels, and DSD depletion rates.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and generate weekly and monthly reporting that highlights risks, opportunities, and regional trends.
  • Support the development and maintenance of revenue forecasting tools integrating internal shipments, Karma VIP, distributor data, and retail sales.

CRM Management

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the CRM platform (e.g., NetSuite, Pipedrive), ensuring accurate data and effective workflows.
  • Define and enforce CRM processes, workflows, and reporting standards.
  • Improve CRM functionality and user experience to meet business objectives.

Revenue Forecasting & Planning

  • Support revenue forecasting initiatives in collaboration with finance and sales teams.
  • Ensure alignment of revenue projections with business goals and provide market insights to inform adjustments.

Process Improvement & Team Alignment

  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and develop solutions to optimize performance.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles, preferably within high-growth CPG, technology, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ownership of CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Pipedrive) — including implementation, customization, integration, and team-wide adoption.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau and Excel), with a track record of building end-to-end reporting systems, dashboards, and forecast models that drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to design and manage scalable sales operations processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
