About the role

Prairie Crane is seeking a receptionist/office assistant

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Duties:

· Answering phones

· Assisting Accounting Manager with invoicing, entering payable and receivables, reconciling credit cards, etc.

·Assisting with planning of staff events

· Collecting and photocopying daily paperwork

· Filing

· Up-keeping office stock and tidiness

· Bring positive morale to office

· Assist the Accounting Manager and Operations Manager with daily tasks

Position Requirements:

· Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Basic knowledge of Sage and Quickbooks is an asset (or ability to learn new programs)

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Able to work in a fast paced environment

· Punctual and accountable

· Professional and able to speak to clients on the phone and direct phone calls

· Must have reliable transportation to work and live local to Saskatoon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
