Job Title: Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Competitive Pay)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers to promote Northern Snow’s services

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience is preferred but not required – we provide training!

• Must pass a clean record check

• Friendly, personable, and confident communicator

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to perform support in off season
