Whitby Oshawa Honda is currently seeking a reliable, motivated, full-time Appointment Coordinator for our busy service department.

Primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answering the phone and transferring calls to appropriate personnel/departments
• Booking customer appointments within our CRM
• Taking messages as required
• Making outbound calls to customers to inform them of updates with their vehicle
• Greeting customers and directing inquiries to the service department
• Responsible for opening and closing duties including balancing the till, receiving overnight key drop-offs, service rental returns, etc.
• Cashing out service customers and closing work orders
• Other tasks as required
