What You´ll Do
- Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers for the BONDERITE® brand (and more).
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
- Executes pricing actions Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
- Coordinates with application engineering to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
- Delivers organic sales growth and margin % in territory / at defined account.
What makes you a good fit
- BS/BA in Business, Chemistry, Engineering or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 + years of relevant technical sales, strategic account responsibility, laboratory or manufacturing experience (preferably in metal finishing) and a progressive record of self-starting results.
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 60%, depending on location of home-based office. Travel will be mainly in SW Ontario area (overnight travel may occur, dependent on location).
- Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills.
- Strong disciplined self-starter willing to continue learning while developing the pipeline in the territory and maintaining existing customers.
- Experience working in and around manufacturing facilities preferred.
