Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated, passionate, dedicated, results-oriented, and skilled individuals to join our team as Mobile Phone Solutions Specialists. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to help customers with their technology and phone related questions. You will also generate and successfully close sales transactions, and perform quality repairs on electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and more.
Responsibilities:
· Results-driven sales people to engage customers in lifestyle and needs-based personal conversations to identify opportunities and produce a high sales-conversion rate.
· Recommending and up-selling of devices, repairs, accessories, and services tailored to customers' needs.
· Diagnose and perform repairs on various electronics, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are completed within the expected time frame.
· Educate customers on repair processes and provide updates on repair status using digital messaging services, phone calls, and keep track of repair work orders in the system.
· Contribute to the team's sales results by actively engaging in store performance metrics and achieving sales targets.
· Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications:
· Energetic, resourceful, and people-oriented individual with in-depth knowledge of electronic device repairs.
· Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with calmness and composure.
· Elevated sales aptitude to overcome objections through educating the customers regarding the products and repair services.
· Positive learning attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Previous experience in cellphone repair and sales preferred.
