About the Role:

Reporting to the Aesthetics Marketing Manager, the Aesthetics Marketing Coordinator will support various marketing processes and projects. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and Marketing Managers to maintain marketing materials, manage platforms like SharePoint, Customer Portal, Thinkific, and HubSpot, and oversee collateral and swag inventory. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 1-year full-time contract position.

The successful applicant will:

  • Maintain inventory levels for brochures across all aesthetic divisions, coordinating replenishment with purchasing.
  • Update and manage customer portal practice management materials.
  • Maintain internal sales tools on SharePoint.
  • Register customers for the Clarion Academy.
  • Assist with email campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral production (brochures, sell sheets).
  • Liaise with external vendors for production and distribution, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Track and record project specs and expenses.
  • Prepare mailing lists for campaigns and assist in e-blast execution.
  • Send welcome emails and register new customers for Clarion Academy.
  • Maintain product contact lists through HubSpot.
  • Respond to requests from the sales team (e.g., shipping brochures, preparing event support collateral).
  • Support the Aesthetic Division with additional marketing tasks as assigned.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

  • Background in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Experience in marketing or marketing support.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Adobe experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
