About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Tenant Placement and Sales Closers! This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working on a flexible schedule, meeting new people, and closing deals.
As part of our Leasing team, you’ll help landlords find quality tenants for their rental units across the GTA.
What You’ll Do:
* Find and secure tenants for rental units in the GTA
* Conduct property showings and collect tenant applications/documents
* Advertise listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other rental sites
* Communicate effectively with our Leasing team to track applications and approvals
* Manage your own schedule while meeting assigned targets
