Shift / Time: 40 hours per week (4 days X 10 hour day shift OR 5 days X 8 Hour afternoon shift)

Hourly Rate: $20.03 and up

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Burnbrae Farms Brockville is seeking full-time Production Team Members to join our team! This is a great full-time role complete with benefits (after 3 months) and no night shifts. Tasks involve the cooking, inspection, packing and palletizing of perishable egg products in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are required to have high attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work 40 hrs/week on flexible shifts (e.g. days or afternoons between Monday and Friday). Occasional overtime may be required.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks including, but not limited to lifting up to 30 lbs.
• High work ethic with a dedication to quality
• Previous factory work or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work within a team setting as well as independently
• Previous experience in food processing with knowledge of HACCP and GMP’s would be considered an asset
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
