The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior / Manager, Supply Chain – Business Transformation. You will work with some of the highest-performing teams in the industry, deliver exceptional client service, and develop your skill set while collaborating with outstanding professionals. Your key responsibilities
As a Senior / Manager at EY, you will contribute to the Supply Chain & Operations team by leading engagements, supporting practice development, and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities include:
Engagement Management:
- Develop procurement solutions and guide client strategy with expert-level knowledge of e-procurement and broader digital procurement technologies.
- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of business transformation projects for clients.
- Provide functional expertise across all phases of technology implementation, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and change management.
- Support project leadership in business development and market growth initiatives.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, resource planning, and day-to-day client interactions.
People Development:
- Foster the development of digital procurement capabilities within EY’s Supply Chain practice.
- Create a positive team environment and provide coaching and support to junior staff.
- Assist senior leadership with practice development activities such as recruiting and training.
Business Development:
- Help expand the Business Transformation practice across EY Canada.
- Collaborate across EY service lines to identify and support business development opportunities.
- Develop new solutions and innovative ways of working to advance EY’s innovation agenda.
Skills and attributes for success
- An undergraduate degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience with blue-chip organizations.
- Functional/technical proficiency in full lifecycle delivery of business transformation projects.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, or Procure-to-Pay processes.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- A high level of motivation, strong work ethic, and a self-starting attitude.
- Working knowledge of digital procurement platforms – such as SAP Ariba and/or SAP Fieldglass, or any other procurement and spend management solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.)
