Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers including their four-legged friends in a friendly and professional manner
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Operating cash register with POS system accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
• Receiving, stocking shelves and merchandising products as needed

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the day
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Passion for pets and people
• Pays attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy sales floor
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
