Project Manager, Integrated Marketing Channels (In-Office - Toronto) Now Brewing – Project Managers! #tobeapartner From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our cross-functional teams bring our in-store and digital marketing to life across Canada.

As part of the Product & Marketing Planning and Operations team, you’ll manage the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) process for menus, in-store signage, and digital content (like our app, website, and emails). You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure everything is accurate, on-brand, and delivered with excellence.

As a Project Manager, Integrated Marketing Channels, You Will Menus & In-Store Signage

  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines in coordination with U.S. partners (employees), ensuring all teams stay aligned and accountable to key milestones.
  • Collect and organize content from internal cross-functional teams and prepare seasonal signage summaries for leader review.
  • Submit content into internal systems accurately and on time.
  • Manage creative approvals and proofread materials.
  • Support store planogram (Siren’s Eye) approvals
  • Serve as the go-to partner for internal cross-functional teams and agencies and vendors for all things menus/signage; managing launch execution and general issue resolution
  • Support budget management

Digital Channels (App, Web, Email)

  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines in coordination with U.S. partners (employees) and agency teams ensuring all teams stay aligned and accountable to key milestones.
  • Gather cross-functional inputs via call for contents to internal teams.
  • Support calendar planning via prioritization and deconflicting sessions as required.
  • Serve as the go-to partner for internal cross-functional teams and external agencies and vendors for all things digital owned channels; managing launch execution and general issue resolution
  • Support budget management

Team Collaboration & Process Support

  • Help improve how we work with vendors and agencies.
  • Support process change management and gather feedback to make things run smoother.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Help onboard new team members

We’d Love To Hear From People With

  • 3+ years of project management experience; managing large scale, or multiple mid-sized projects; ideally in marketing.
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, with a collaborative mindset that keeps complex projects on track and teams aligned
  • Motivated by improving how teams operate—by building (and continuously optimizing) clear, efficient processes that drive collaboration and results
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and ongoing curiosity about the Quick-Serve Restaurant (QSR) industry and the Canadian marketing landscape; especially digital, consumer trends, and in-store experiences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 360 and Adobe Workfront.
  • Bilingual in French? That’s a plus!
