Are you passionate about working with people and technology? As a Field Services Operator, you will provide schedule support and ensure our Field Services Agents across Canada are supporting clients at the highest efficiency through the optimization of routing and fleet utilization.

What you’ll do:
- Collect, input, review, and optimize schedules to increase the productivity and utilization of the fleet and the Agents in the field
- Support vendors through the collection and prioritization of service calls for vendor displays in store
- Optimize the Service Areas by understanding the patterns and utilization of the hub stores
- Coordinate with clients to confirm appointment dates and rebook any required schedule changes
- Validate Field Service Agents Visa transactions and coach others on proper coding and Visa usage

- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
- Bilingual preferred but not require
