Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and documentation.
  • Assist in proofreading and preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Answering incoming customer calls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing reports, and managing Accounts and sales

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative/Marketing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent English communications skills, multitasker and Marketing skills
  • Proficient in customer service practices and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
