Personal Lines Account Manager - RIBO Licensed
Primary responsibilities include:
· Providing exceptional day to day insurance advice to clients – answering client questions and addressing concerns.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Servicing a Personal Lines Book of Business
- Providing exceptional day to day customer service to clients – answering client questions and addressing concerns. Being responsive and anticipate the clients needs.
· Embraces a sales mindset- upselling/cross-selling. Identify coverage gaps and provide recommendations to improve the clients overall protection. Commission agreements are included for new business bound.
· Setting up policy changes, rewrites, renewals
· Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, insurers and underwriters
· Comfortable with technology, digital connectivity, social media savvy
· Complete transactions in a timely and efficient manner
· Maintain customer centric approach while assisting the team in attaining all performance targets
· Assist and provide support to producers when required
· Claims reporting on behalf of the client
· Be enthusiastic and love what you do, love dealing with people and helping them
Qualifications:
· RIBO licensed is a requirement for this role. An ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years customer service experience within an insurance brokerage setting
· Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages
· Proficient in the use of Computers and Applications – working knowledge of Applied Rating/Compu Quote and Applied EPIC, Insurance company portals, Microsoft Office/Outlook
· Team player with a sound work ethic
· Very strong attention to detail
· Strong time management skills
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Pay: $59,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
