Position: Martech Senior Transformation Consultant (SAS, Salesforce or adobe) 6-12 Months Contract

Role:
- Lead and facilitate discovery workshops with the marketing vertical to gather requirements, identify gaps, present target state solutions to align with effective use of marketing practices / technology / automation. Deliver related project documentation
- Advise on marketing transformation initiatives and play a key leadership role in facilitating strategic client decisions
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of client's digital marketing strategy, business model, and data environment
- Recommend and develop implementation and testing strategies based on industry / channel best practices and customer insights
- Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical solutions, to business stakeholders
- Help integrate Martech (customer intelligence/experience or decisioning solutions) into the client’s ecosystem and understand how the solution fits in within the big picture
- Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking for the greater project to align with the clients’ environment and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working as a senior business / functional consultant or automation/technical consultant with the marketing vertical. Strong understanding of marketing processes / practices as well as digital marketing technologies (ideally and an understanding of how different platforms work together to deliver personalization at scale.
- Familiar with the SAS CI platform, or SFMC, Adobe Experience Platform, or other Martech solutions
- Evolved Consulting and Communication Skills: Ability to extract, understand client needs, re-engineer business process, manage multiple projects, and translate business and technical concepts effectively, both verbally and written, in English, ideally French also.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Willingness to travel, if required, for client meetings, workshops, and project implementations
- University degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering or other relevant fields focused on information technology/consulting
