About The Role Unlock your potential as a Financial Analyst and become a key player in shaping ATB's future! This unique opportunity offers vital financial and operational support to our business partners across ATB. You'll gain invaluable experience in industry accounting, financial reporting, and analysis, including foundational work with month-end analysis, process documentation, financial reconciliations, data visualizations, and presentations.
This role is integral to our team, performing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, conducting research and analysis on market trends, and helping to maintain budgeting and forecast models to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly impact the day-to-day financial operations of the business unit, providing meaningful information that aids Senior Leadership in making key decisions for ATB Financial. Accountabilities
Here's what you'll be doing to drive impact at ATB:
- Enhance Financial Reporting: Take accountability for the accounting and reporting deliverables for the Business AoE, expertly navigating both routine deliverables and dynamic ad-hoc requests from a variety of stakeholders.
- Uncover Key Insights: Dive deep into financial results, harnessing large datasets and cutting-edge data tools to extract powerful, actionable conclusions.
- Champion Data Integrity: Ensure the absolute accuracy and reliability of our financial statements through meticulous data validation.
- Master Financial Operations: Precisely execute journal entries and seamlessly manage financial reconciliations.
- Innovate for Efficiency: Drive significant improvements by leading the creation and enhancement of templates and reports, with a strong focus on automating processes using centralized data sources.
