Job Overview
Setsail Marketing pairs an in-house content studio with data-driven performance marketing, delivering full-funnel campaigns that hit ROI targets. As a certified B Corp, and Google Partners we blend profitability with purpose and move fast with fixed-scope service packages.
Setsail’s growth engine relies on thumb-stopping content that converts. We need a social storyteller who’s equally comfortable behind the camera and in front of it—someone who lives and breathes North American culture, speaks flawless English, and can turn raw ideas into scroll-worthy reels.
What you’ll do
- Own the socials: create, schedule, and publish a steady drumbeat of short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Be the face: appear on camera to humanise the brands we work with and ride trends.
- Drive engagement: strategize with the marketing team to drive engagement and oversee production.
- Collaborate: work shoulder-to-shoulder with our creatives, PPC pros, SEO lead, and assistants so every post aligns with live campaigns.
- Measure & iterate: track views, watch-time, CTR, and lead flow; run quick A/B tests; double down on what moves revenue.
Must-haves
- Native-level English with copy that converts.
- On-camera confidence: relaxed, relatable, zero teleprompter needed.
- CapCut wizardry—speed-ramping, captions, trending audio, very basic motion graphics.
- Sharp grasp of North American culture and humour.
- Proven organisational skills: clear file naming, content calendars, and version control.
- Portfolio of short-form videos that delivered measurable growth (links required).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience repurposing organic clips for paid ads.
- Familiarity with SEO, Webflow CMS, or Make.com automations.
- Past work with purpose-driven brands.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
