Build a meaningful portfolio of projects to provide solutions for product movement, assortment optimization, operations management, and reporting.
Our Sr. Analyst, Reporting and Analytics touches all aspects of the business including Floor planning, Space planning, Assortment Optimization, Supply Chain Replenishment, Category Management, Pricing, Information Technology, and Analytics.
What you'll do:
- Preform Analysis of Planogram assortment and item distribution
- Derive insights from analysis and make recommendations on future assortment
- Develop and deploy data and dashboards for decisionmakers
- Develop and deploy process improvements across our Assortment and Space Planning team.
- Conduct analysis on core business processes and provide insight and recommendations for improvement.
- Learn and apply new skills and concepts in individual and team-based projects.
- Present findings and solutions to company executives.

What you bring:

- Able to handle multiple initiatives within defined timelines

- Education in computer science, engineering or business
- Experience in root cause analysis, solution design and process documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Python, Power BI
- Experience using SQL and MS Excel to aggregate and analyze data
- Shown analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid experience in developing and providing accurate reporting
