Duties
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
- Maintain patient records accurately ensuring all medical histories and treatment plans are up to date.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of the dental operatory in compliance with safety regulations.
Skills
- Experience in dental assisting, particularly in Endodontics is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 18 per week
