The Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital advertising and email marketing strategy. This role will manage all paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon PPC) and oversee full-funnel email campaigns, with a focus on growth, retention, and ROI. You’ll work closely with our Creative and eCommerce teams to bring high-impact campaigns to life and scale NXTRND's online presence.

What You'll Be Doing
Paid Media (Meta, Google, Amazon)
• Develop, implement, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon PPC.
• Optimize acquisition campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• A/B test creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop high-converting visuals and copy.
Email Marketing
• Own our full email ecosystem — campaign planning, automation flows, segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Build and deploy weekly email campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Create behavior-based automation flows (abandon cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
• Test and optimize subject lines, send times, and content to improve open and click-through rates.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and segmentation to maximize LTV and minimize churn.

General
• Report on performance weekly and monthly, focusing on key KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV, and retention rate.
• Stay on top of digital trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
• Work cross-functionally with the Brand, Design, and eCommerce teams to ensure campaign alignment.

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience running digital advertising and email/SMS campaigns in e-commerce.
• A proven ability to drive strong ROAS through paid media campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
• Comfortable working with key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and AOV to evaluate and optimize performance.
• Skilled in email/SMS marketing, especially segmentation, flows, automation, and customer retention.
• Strong copywriting abilities and a good eye for design and ad creatives.
• Analytical, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
