Job Expectations

Demonstrate commitment and accountability within the QA team to create and execute tests and offer feedback on all software releases, ensuring utmost stability for clients using dTIMS.

Actively participate in cross-functional ceremonies, QA processes, and own tasks to test bug fixes, new features, and releases. Work as directed on projects that support company goals and brand pillars.

Maintain up-to-date test coverage matrices, end-to-end gold copy manual, and automated tests for all products. Incorporate UAT, Load, and Performance testing scripts into the testing process

Deliver automated tests to an agreed annual plan, collating previous support issues and testing these for each release. Craft automated tests within sprints to ensure product quality.

Work within a worldwide team supporting colleagues and peaks in workload in other teams as required.

Understand relevant SOPs and adhere to the process. This includes Timesheets and all other corporate compliance actions.

Maintain QA team environments and artifacts including lists, work items, and documents. Keep QA systems up to date.

Collaborate with the Management on continuous improvement of Product Quality. Adopt this approach yourself by pursuing continuous learning and improvements to department processes and customer interactions.

Presents clear and comprehensive status reports for products according to department standards.
Skill Requirements
-
College or university graduate (preference given to candidates with specialization in IT and/or quality assurance management programs)
-
3+ years of experience with software Quality Assurance in a Shift Left environment including risk analysis, test plan authoring, test case authoring, test execution, and test automation.
-
Intermediate knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies. Experience with Selenium Test Automation with C# and Microsoft Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Test Plans and Test Cases.

Intermediate knowledge of quality assurance theory, systems, and practices.
-
Intermediate knowledge of scrum processes.
-
Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
-
Strong ability to read and understand technical data, and instruction manuals, to derive test scenarios from business requirements.

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

A good working knowledge in Performance and Load testing tools such as JMeter
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to identify software faults, analyze test data, and recommend the appropriate solution.

Ability to provide quality and timely service to customers and colleagues, while proactively seeking ways to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing production like environment.

Ability to be conscientious, consistent, and thorough, and have a keen attention to detail.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills and consistently interacts with multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge of industry-specific software is considered an asset.
