We’re currently looking for a skilled Motorcoach Driver in Prince George, BC for a casual role supporting charters and open shift coverage. If you thrive on variety, independence, and being part of a people-first team, we’d love to have you in the driver’s seat.
What You’ll Do:

Safely operate a motorcoach on long-haul routes originating from Prince George
-
Routes may include: Prince George to Prince Rupert, Vancouver, or Fort St. John and return
-
Maintain accurate logbooks and trip reports
-
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort
-
Adhere to all road safety and company operating procedures
-
Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and fellow drivers to ensure smooth trip execution

Participate in pre-trip inspections and report any vehicle concerns
What We’re Looking For:
-
Currently hold a valid Class 1 or 2Q driver’s license
-
A minimum of 2-years Motorcoach driving experience
-
A clear commercial drivers abstract
-
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs to shoulder height
-
A friendly customer service attitude
-
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with previous customer service experience
-
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-
You're fit to handle the demands of the job, including assisting passengers and managing luggage.

You can work effectively on your own and manage your time efficiently.

Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
Bonus Points if You Have:

Previous Motorcoach experience is considered an asset

Previous Transit Experience is considered an asset

Bonus if you speak multiple languages
What We Offer:

- $24.11 per/hour probationary rate
- $30.14 per/hour after probationary period
