Business Transformation Lead – Finance & Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Business Transformation Lead – Finance & Sales to drive digital transformation across both Finance and Sales Operations. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CFO and Sales leadership to implement and optimize critical systems including FP&A platforms, ERP tools (Epicor Kinetic), CPQ workflows, and project management solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**Finance & Accounting Systems:
- Lead implementation of FP&A software for forecasting, reporting, and scenario analysis.
- Drive automation of Accounts Payable processes and standardization across sites.
- Design and implement a multi-site financial reporting framework.
- Build dynamic financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Supporting the process of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
Sales & Commercial Operations:
- Redesign RFQ and quoting processes using Epicor Kinetic and CPQ tools.
- Transition from Excel-based quoting to scalable, system-based workflows.
- Enhance project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) for better milestone tracking and visibility.
- Integrate new tools with Epicor Kinetic to ensure data consistency and cross-functional coordination.
- Build dashboards to track quoting efficiency, sales funnel performance, and project status.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to align systems with business needs.
- Provide training and documentation to ensure high adoption of new tools.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
**Qualifications:**Education & Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Systems, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years in financial analysis, sales operations, or ERP/business systems roles.
- Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments is a strong asset.
- Proven track record implementing FP&A, CPQ, ERP, and project management tools.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Epicor Kinetic, Smartsheet, and FP&A platforms (e.g., Vena, Adaptive Insights).
- Familiarity with AP automation and CRM systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with a process improvement mindset.
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and operational excellence.
