About the role
Temporary position for 12 months
As an Advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You drive results by reviewing information requests and helping promote and sell products and services based on client needs and your unit’s business objectives and strategies. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Establish a consulting relationship by identifying current or potential needs and promoting customer retentionAdvise various partners, stakeholders or members and customers regarding the products, services or solutions offered and ensure their satisfaction
- Analyze and respond to customer needs, process requests and ensure the required follow-ups
- Collect, gather and analyze information, write reports and recommendations
- Keep abreast of new developments related to standards, products or services in your field of activity.

What you bring to the table
- General College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
