Powering Private Brand Precision
As the Private Brands Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and project coordination to Home’s Private Brands Packaging portfolio. Led by Manager, Sourcing & Private Brands this opportunity will best suit someone who has strong organizational and communication skills.

Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:

  • Work with the internal Finance team to establish and set up an effective billing management process for vendor packaging artwork costs; maintain, monitor and follow-up as required.
  • Coordinate all private brand packaging invoicing processes to support the private brand annual budget.
  • Build, implement and coordinate the workflows, processes and plans for the private brand packaging portfolio, in collaboration with the Private Brand Manager and external agencies.
  • Communicate packaging processes to the Merchandising team and provide support during packaging revamp projects. Coordinate with suppliers and external agencies.
  • Provide internal management exception and milestone reporting.
  • Analyze brands, category performance and other key performance indicators to support the private brand portfolio.
  • Attend various private brand meetings, record meeting minutes and distribute to appropriate Team Members and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide other support for the department as requested by the Private Brand Manager and/or Director.

We’re looking for:

  • Diploma in Business with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Merchandising and private brands experience an asset.
  • Computer skills and be familiar with Excel and PPT.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative and multi-task.
  • The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
