Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the retirement living community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor staff to provide high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the senior living or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration or healthcare management.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
